About Jubilee Blanc:
- Jubilee Blanc is an impoverished suburb of Gonaives, Haiti. Gonaives is in northern Haiti and is the capital city of the Artibonite Department. 
- Jubilee Blanc is near the ocean and built on salt flats. It is dusty and dry most of the year, but also prone to flooding during the rainy season. 
- Gonaives and Jubilee Blanc were devastated by major hurricanes in 2004 and 2008. 
- Jubilee Blanc is one of the poorest communities in Haiti, truly βone of the least of these.β (Matthew 25:40)
